4.1 — Deposits

The following conditions apply to deposits on balu88:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per payment method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Deposits through a third party are not accepted and may result in account closure.

4.2 — Withdrawals

The following rules apply to withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held until identity verification is complete.
• balu88 reserves the right to review any withdrawal request for security checks.

4.3 — Currency

All transactions on balu88 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). For transactions in foreign currencies, the applicable exchange rate will be applied automatically.

5.1 — Welcome Bonus

New members on balu88 will receive a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. Terms applicable to this bonus:

• A 20x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus amount can be withdrawn.
• Example: ৳1,000 deposit receives ৳1,200 bonus → total balance ৳2,200.
• Example: ৳34,000 deposit receives the maximum ৳20,000 bonus → total balance ৳54,000.
• The bonus is applicable only once and only on the first deposit.
• If a withdrawal is made before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be cancelled.

5.2 — General Bonus Policy

• balu88 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus promotion.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or fraudulent means will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
• Certain games or bet types may be restricted when fulfilling bonus terms.
• balu88 reserves the right to decline or limit any bonus request at its discretion.

5.3 — VIP Program

The balu88 VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.5%.

Regular activity and ongoing gaming engagement are required to advance to higher VIP tiers. balu88 reserves the right to change VIP benefits.

6.1 — Acceptable Conduct

The following conduct rules must be followed while playing on the balu88 platform:

• Games must be played honestly and for personal purposes.
• No automated software, bots or tools that provide an artificial advantage may be used.
• Exploiting any system vulnerability or technical flaw is strictly prohibited.
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes is not permitted.

6.2 — Errors and Technical Issues

Incorrect results or rewards displayed due to a software error or technical issue are not valid. In such situations, balu88 reserves the right to void the affected bets and correct the situation. Any amount credited due to a system error may be reclaimed.

6.3 — Betting Rules

Specific betting rules apply to all game categories including cricket betting, live casino and slots. The specific rules for each game or event will be available within the game interface. balu88 reserves the right to investigate suspicious betting patterns.

• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing.
• Creating an account with a false identity or false information.
• Operating multiple accounts or claiming multiple bonuses.
• Attempting to carry out hacking, phishing or other cyber attacks.
• Using bots or automated scripts.
• Harassing, deceiving or threatening other users.
• Using balu88's intellectual property without permission.

10.2 — Severability Clause

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, that provision will be considered severed from the remaining terms and the rest of the terms will remain fully in effect.
